With Africa Salary Hub, our mission is to make African salaries transparent and accessible to all: to talents who want to know their worth, to recruiters who want to make fair offers, and to companies sizing their footprint across 54 African countries and 8 comparator markets.

Africa Salary Hub was born from a simple observation: real salaries across Africa remain opaque, both for talents who struggle to know their worth and for companies who lack the right benchmarks. Gaps between posted salary, net pay, and total employer cost can reach 50 to 80% depending on the country.

This platform addresses everyone: talents in Africa negotiating with confidence, recruiters making fair offers, executives, HR directors, talent acquisition leaders, and CFOs sizing African hubs, comparing countries, or shaping an equitable compensation policy.

Three pillars structure our approach:

1. Proprietary data: 97,000+ CVs and 40,000+ offers collected by Kernel on the ground.
2. Official public sources: labor codes, tax schedules, social agencies.
3. Quarterly updates on exchange rates, annually for contributions and income tax.

Kernel is an HRtech that covers the full employment chain in Africa. Beyond this salary transparency platform, our solutions are organized around five complementary service families:

• EOR (Employer of Record) : Kernel becomes the legal employer of your team members in Africa, with a fully compliant local contract.
• COR (Contractor of Record) : fully compliant management of contractors, freelancers and independents.
• Payroll & administration : local multi-currency payroll, payslips, social and tax filings, leave and benefits management, tailored to each African country.
• Workforce management : centralized management platform to run your teams, contracts, expenses and compliance across the continent.
• Sourcing & recruitment : dedicated business unit identifying and selecting qualified talent across 20+ African countries, alongside our employment services.

The same monthly price applies to EOR and COR in every covered country: €599 for the first contracted team member, then €399 for each additional team member.
